Kasanen & Vuorinen Attorneys Ltd is a law firm specialising in labour and employment law. Established in 1996, our office employs ten lawyers, two legal secretaries and one trainee.

Our offices are located in Helsinki and Turku, Finland.

Our approach to labour law is employee-oriented: we represent employees in disputes regarding employment relationships and we act as advisers to a number of trade unions.

Our lawyers have extensive experience working on employment disputes in district courts, courts of appeal, the Supreme Court and the Labour Court. We also represent office holders and civil servants in employment disputes in administrative courts. In addition, we have represented employees in the Court of Justice of the European Union as well as the Insurance Court. We are also extensively experienced in dealing with criminal offences relating to employment relationships, such as occupational safety and discrimination offences, assisting both plaintiffs and defendants. If necessary, we can assist our clients in employment issues outside of court, such as in negotiating agreements on termination of employment. Our law firm also represents musicians, artists and other copyright holders in issues relating to intellectual property rights.
